Project Brief

I worked alongside marketing, operations, and merchandise teams to manage visual strategy & production for a bold, outdoor-oriented running event company.

These projects built an aspirational brand identity that remained responsive to changing leadership & market data.

Outcomes

  • Introduced & tested cohesive brand materials across 26+ annual events.

  • Contributed to a 10% sales growth through performance driven social creative as part of 2024 marketing strategy over 6 months.


Brand-level Awareness

Increasing brand awareness across was a primary 2024 marketing goal. Legacy event touchpoints were designed at the event level, lacking consistent use of brand colors, fonts, or universal graphic styles.

I worked on improving brand visibility on the website, OOH ad placements, and in-person event materials, swag, and signage.

Series-wide Creative Direction

I led the ideation and production of creative for our National Park Half Marathon series for 2023-2025. We took key art from independent designers and applied them across event day swag items.

For 2025 I provided creative direction for a new multi-year production process to streamline resources and improve brand consistency across multi-channel campaigns and in-person touchpoints.
